• Does MotoMoro have a physical store?

     No, MotoMoro is an online business without       a physical store. 
     Our office is situated in the Netherlands             and we work together with                                     suppliers from different countries all over           the world.


  • If I'm not satisfied with my purchase, can it be returned?

     Yes, no problem. We will only ask you to               explain why
     you are not satisfied so we can improve our       processes or products.

  • I have ordered two products, but received only one... What's happening?

    Don't worry, it is quite normal that you receive one product a few days before the other. Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. 


  • What is the average shipping time? 

    Depending on the products, where you live and the level of demand, items usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive at your door. 
    Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors, this is because we have special contracts with our suppliers and ship directly to the customer! The downside to this price advantage is the slightly longer shipping time.

  • Who started MotoMoro?

     The idea of starting a motorcycle related business has been there for a        long time. Once we found out there was a demand for high                                         quality, innovative and affordable motorcycle accessories MotoMoro was                 born. The store is now run by a team of bike enthusiasts who                                       understand your passion for bikes.


  • What’s in a name? 

     During one of our bike trips through Norway we found out that MORO is the         Norwegian word for FUN! Besides that, we just think it sounds nice.
